tried the repaid tool that errored also "no executable file found" is this a reinstall needed :( ?

So i run the repair tool and done some stuff on my router, updated drivers and restarted, my fps starts at 65fps but after the game has been running for 5mins it drops to 18fps (thats docked), anyone got any ideas? Cpu doesnt seem much of an issue...
